2021 Reflections of Character Nominations

Reflections of Character Recipients will be recognized at the Mayor's Character Breakfast in January 21, 2021

Nominate a community member who exemplifies character traits such as generosity, kindness, respect, family and appreciation. Nominees must live or work in the Lee's Summit community.
The deadline to submit nominations is September 30, 2020.

I Can Relate


Lee's Summit CARES teamed up with Fredcasts to produce, "I Can Relate", a mental wellness podcast for teens, about teens and by teens. Hosts Devynn, Rylee, Chidera, Hudson and Olivia bring in a special guest to talk about what drives them to use their voice for change and why it's important their generation continue to speak up.
